1. Purpose of the App

SteetFood is a platform that helps users discover street food vendors near their location. Vendors can choose to share their live location so customers can find them.

We do not sell food, operate vendor stalls, or act as a delivery or payment provider.

2. Users and Vendors

2.1. Customers

Customers can use the app without creating an account. Customers may choose to share their location to find nearby vendors.

2.2. Vendors

Vendors must register using their phone number. Vendors are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any information they provide
• Deciding when to share or hide their live location
• Complying with local business, licensing, and health regulations

We are not responsible for vendor business activities, pricing, hygiene, or legality of operation.

3. Location Sharing

SteetFood uses location data to:

• Show customers nearby vendors
• Allow vendors to broadcast where they are operating

Customers can disable location sharing at any time in device settings.
Vendors can stop broadcasting their location within the app at any time.

We do not track or store historical customer location data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activity
• Harass, harm, or defame vendors or users
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for misuse.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• That vendors will always be available
• That vendor locations will be accurate at all times
• The quality, safety, or legality of any vendor's food or operations

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteetFood is not liable for:

• Illness, injury, or damages resulting from food purchased from vendors
• Loss of data or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Vendors are independent operators.
We do not supervise or verify vendor compliance with food or business laws.

7. Vendor Accounts and Data

Vendors may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting us at:

We may remove vendor accounts that:

• Share fraudulent or harmful information
• Violate local laws
• Misuse the platform

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of SteetFood means you accept the updated Terms.
