Delete Your Account

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your SteetFood account and associated data. SteetFood is developed by Eamilhat.

How to Delete Your Account

You have two options to delete your SteetFood account:

Option 1: Delete from the SteetFood App

1. Open the SteetFood app on your device
2. Tap on the menu icon in the top-right corner
3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision in the confirmation dialog
5. Your account will be immediately deleted

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

1. Send an email to contact@steetfood.app
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account
4. We will process your request within 30 days

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your login credentials and active sessions
• Your vendor ownership claims (vendors will become unassigned)
• Your account preferences and settings

Data That May Be Retained

For legal and operational purposes, we may retain certain data for a limited period:

• Vendor listings you created: Public vendor information (stall name, location, food type) may remain visible to help other users discover street food vendors. Your personal information will be disassociated from these listings.
• Anonymous usage data: Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained to improve our services.
• Legal compliance records: We may retain certain records as required by law for up to 90 days after deletion.
